摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain porcelain for ferrite sintering with reduced moisture absorption and increased durability at a relatively low sintering temperature by using a raw material obtained by adding a small amount of yttria (Y₂O₃) to alumina. ;CONSTITUTION: The starting material comprising 0.37 to 3.2wt.% of yttria and the rest of alumina is sintered to give a porcelain where the particle interface for the alumina granules is formed with a mixture layer containing oxides of aluminum and oxides of yttrium and the moisture absorption is 0.6% or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
