摘要

PURPOSE: To produce an Al fin material subjected to hydrophilic surface treatment and excellent in water dropping ability by forming a hydrophilic coating film having striped waviness on the surface of an Al substrate and regulating the pitch and height of the waviness ;CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic coating film 2 having about 2.5μm thickness is formed on the surface of an Al or Al alloy substrate 1 to produce an Al or Al alloy fin material subjected to hydrophilic surface treatment. At this time, striped waviness is formed on the surface of the hydrophilic coating film 2 and the pitch (p) and height (h) of the waviness are regulated to 1-8mm and 0.1-3μ, respectively.
