PURPOSE: To easily and automatically measure the vibration of a rotary blade even when the rotating speed of the blade is changed by eliminating the shifting of oscillatory waveforms at the time of measuring the vibration by using a vibration measuring method in which the vibration of the rotary blade is measured by obtaining the oscillatory waveform of the vibration on the basis of the time data of moving blade pulses obtained when multiple noncontacting optical detectors detect the tip sections of moving blades by eliminating the occurrence of oscillatory waveform shift when the rotating speed is changed. ;CONSTITUTION: The output of a speed indicator 50 is inputted to a CPU 60 and a relay contact 45 is actuated at a preset narrow rotating speed changing width, and then, the data of a time counting device 40 is automated. At the same time, a process for correcting the shifting of waveforms by discriminating the shifting is provided in a process in which the CPU 60 calculates oscillatory waveforms from obtained time data. Therefore, proper oscillatory waveforms which are free from shifting are obtained when the rotating speed of a rotary blade is changed and the measuring accuracy is improved, because the shifting of oscillatory waves is eliminated.
