PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method of colored images especially suitable for the color test of copying for multi-color printing for which image line thicknening is small compared to the original images of halftones. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive material provided with a temporary supporting body film, a coloring photosensitive layer and an adhesion acceleration layer activatable by heat is laminated on an image reception material provided with a pigment layer provided with a white pigment on a supporting body by applying pressure at a high temperature, the photosensitive layer is exposed to an image pattern, images are formed by performing development and the temporary supporting body is peeled off from the image reception material before or after performing exposure. As desired, the processes are repeated by at least one different photosensitive material whose coloring layer is provided with a different color.
