PURPOSE: To easily perform a land value appraisal visually and objectively. ;CONSTITUTION: In a land value information memory 7b, spot information on many transaction case spots, evaluation precedent spots and land value public announcement spots, etc., are stored. A map is read on a display screen from a map memory 6c and the spot is designated on this display screen by an appraising object spot designation means. Based on the designation, plural of the nearest spot information which is near an appraising object spot are retrieved, the nearest spot information are displayed on the display screen. Further, the street value of an appraising object spot and the street value of the nearest spot are read from a street value memory 7a, plural kinds of calculating formulae determining the land value of the appraising object spot based on the multiplication of the land value of the nearest spot by the ratio of the street values are stored in a calculating formula memory 6a. Based on the selection of an arbitrary kind of calculated result from the plural kinds ones by the calculating formulae, an object land value is determined and it is displayed in the vicinity of the appraising object spot on the map on the display screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
