PURPOSE: To improve guidance services to passengers more by performing the timely vending limitation and guidance of train tickets, etc., to greatly save the trouble of station staffs regarding the vending limitation, and to guide the utilization limitations, etc., of trains on automatic vending machines. ;CONSTITUTION: An operation management device 1 has a selective transmission part 1a which selects information regarding the vending limitations according to the operation state of trains and sends it to a ticket vending machine group management device. The ticket vending machine group management device 2 has a decision transmission part 2a which decides the account of an automatic ticket vending machine where vending is limited on the basis of the received information and sends limited account information to the corresponding automatic ticket vending machine; and the automatic ticket vending machine 3 limits the vending of tickets, etc., using the account of the automatic ticket vending machine 3 on the basis of the received limited account information and also has a limitation guidance part 3a which guides information on the vending limitations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
