QUALITY CONTROL METHOD FOR FICILITY CONSTRUCTION AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

PURPOSE: To easily and securely decide the confirmation of inspection of building facility construction and improve the construction quality by sticking specific seals on respective inspected equipments, piping, ducts, etc., at the construction site after it is confirmed that they have passed the inspection. ;CONSTITUTION: Each seal 1 has an inspection item column 2, an inspection responsible person (company) name column 3, a date column 4, and an inspection confirming person name entry column 5. In the inspection item column 2, items of a running water test, pressure inspection, equipment fitting inspection, automatic equipment adjustment, system confirmation, etc., are entered. These inspection item names are previously printed on the seal 1. When inspection is performed after the construction ends, the seals 1 are stuck at positions where inspection parts are easily seen before the constructed equipments, piping, ducts, etc., are hidden because of interior construction, etc., in future.
