STRUCTURE FOR LOWER END OF SEEDLING-CARRYING PLATFORM OF RICE TRANSPLANTER

PURPOSE: To provide a structure for the lower end of a seedling-carrying platform of a rice transplanter, capable of preventing the front end of a seedling mat from being caught and losing the shape and a missing plant, etc., from occurring and improved in operating efficiency by supporting the undersurface of the front end of the seedling mat placed on a seedling- carrying plate with elastic slender pieces. ;CONSTITUTION: This structure for the lower end of a seeding-carrying platform of a rice transplanter is obtained by holding an interval of a prescribed width between the lower end 16-1 of a seedling-carrying plate 16 and a rising surface 9-1 of a seedling takeout plate 9, extending the lower end of each vertical rib 15 along the bottom receiving surface of the seedling takeout plate 9 downward from the lower end 16-1 of the seedling-carrying plate 16, elongating lower end thereof to a position near the rising surface 9-1 of the seedling takeout plate 9, further, connecting the base end of elastic slender pieces 20 to the lower end 16-1 of the seedling-carrying plate 16, extending the tips of the elastic slender pieces 20 along the bottom receiving surface of the seedling takeout plate 9 to a position near the rising surface 9-1 located at nearly the same level as that of the lower end of the vertical rib 15, making the top surfaces of the elastic slender pieces 20 and the top surface of the seedling-carrying plate 16 nearly flush and supporting the undersurface of the front end of the seedling mat placed on the seedling-carrying plate with the elastic slender pieces 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
