PURPOSE: To reduce labor and to open animal large intestines uniformly and rapidly by arranging a specific rotary transporting member on a guide rod to be inserted into animal large intestines, and opening large intestines being transported with a rotary knife. ;CONSTITUTION: A large intestine into which a guide rod 4 is inserted is held by small gears 5 and 6 and a large gear 7 and an intestinal tract is opened by a rotary knife 8 while being transported backward. A spraying hole 4b for jetting water for washing out dirt in the intestine is bored through the tip part 4a of the guide rod 4 and a cut part 4c to be partially superimposed on the rotary knife is formed at the rear upper part of the guide rod.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
