PURPOSE: To obtain an epoxy resin composition for a high tensile material made of an FRP used as a structural member. ;CONSTITUTION: The epoxy resin composition for a high tensile material made of an FRP is obtained by using glass fiber having ≥45gf/TEX tensile strength, setting the amount of an epoxy resin so as to provide 55-75vol.% glass fiber, selecting the epoxy resin as to be a bisphenol A type or F type or a mixed epoxy resin of both the types, adding 2-35 pts.wt. amine-based curing agent to 60-95 pts.wt. resultant epoxy resin and 40-5 pts.wt. dimer acid type epoxy resin and setting the tensile breaking elongation after curing to 3.5-5%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
