The present invention relates to a fire retardant FPR panel composition which comprises: 60-120 parts by weight of at least one acid anhydride hardener; 70-90 parts by weight of a molded product obtained through pultrusion from at least one mixture; 5-50 parts by weight of a filler; 3-15 parts by weight of at least one adhesion promoter; 3-20 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 10-30 parts by weight of N-(2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane; 0.1-20 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; 0.1-20 parts by weight of a dispersant; and 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter based on 100 parts by weight of at least one epoxy resin. Therefore, the fire retardant FPR panel composition is resistant to fire and has good moldability.
