PURPOSE: To make changes in sound and changes in light enjoyable by converting a sound into an electricity after receipt of the sound by a microphone and by changing the electricity into a light so as to give a visual pleasure, and changing the state of the light according to the change in sound so as to make the change enjoyable. ;CONSTITUTION: An audio signal is inputted into an amplifier of a frequency distinguishing portion 2 from a microphone 1 to amplify it to a desired volume, and after distinguishing the frequency of the sound, it is supplied to a plurality of light emitting portions 3 to make them radiate. For example, if the audio signal is a sound containing frequency components of 100 Hz and 800 Hz when setting an amplifier 21 of the frequency distinguishing portion 2 at 100 Hz, an amplifier 22 at 300 Hz, and an amplifier 23 at 800 Hz, respective light emitting portions 31, 33 radiate, while if the audio sound is a sound containing frequency components of 100 Hz and 300 Hz, respective light emitting portions 31, 32 radiate. Also, the audio signal may be inputted into a handclapping detecting portion 4 to change the radiation according to the detection results.
