METHOD FOR ADJUSTING INK AMOUNT BY TRANSFER ROLLER-TYPE INKING ARRANGEMENT OF PRINTING PRESS AND TRANSFER ROLLER-TYPE INKING ARRANGEMENT

PURPOSE: To prevent a change in ink layer coating by driving an ink fountain roller on the basis of temporal laws of motion invariable at all of printing speeds and increasing the contact angle of the transfer roller on the ink fountain roller as an increase in printing speed. CONSTITUTION: The ink fountain roller 1 cooperating with an ink fountain 2 is directly connected to a motor M and a transfer roller 3 is provided so as to continue to the roller 1 and a first distributing roller 4 continues to the transfer roller 3 and is in contact with a separate ink roller. A roller 6 tumbles along the peripheral surface contour of a cam disc 8 and/or a cam disc 9 and the contact angle of the transfer roller 3 to the distributing roller 4 is prescribed by this roller 6. The corresponding mutual relative rotation of the cam discs 8, 9 is regulated through a regulating transmission device 10 by driving an operation motor 11 and the operation motor 11 is operatively controlled by a control unit S inputting the data related to a printing speed.
