PURPOSE: To prevent an explosion at the time of incineration, etc., relating to a device composed of a mountain cap and a body of an aerosol discharge valve, by forming on the back side of the mountain cap a channel through which at the time of an abnormal rise of the internal pressure only the gaseous propellent can be released. ;CONSTITUTION: The subject relates to an assembly of a mountain cap 1 with a body of an aerosol discharge valve capable of pressure filling. At the top plate in the middle of the cap 1 and in the form of the projecting part 16 of the cap a space or a series of spaces are formed in one radial direction from the center of the back side of the cap 1 or in a plurality of radial directions. The space or spaces function as filling channels for pressurized gas. Under the space or spaces and with a stem rubber 4 intervening there is a bulgy head 5 having vertical grooves 13 in the circumferential cylindrical side. These grooves 13 function as filling channels for the pressurized gas on the one hand and as passageways for releasing only the gaseous propellent at the time of an abnormal rise of the internal pressure on the other hand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
