PURPOSE: To easily produce particles in which disired dispersoids are formed on the original positions in metal matrix by atomizing a melt including metal with the mixture of a carrier gas and a second gas in a specific proportion and solidifying the same under a specific condition. ;CONSTITUTION: The melt including metal or alloy is supplied from an induction melting furnace 18 in a melting chamber 10 into an atomizing nozzle 22 and is made to be atomized particles. At this time, the atomizing gas mixture which is prepared by mixing the carrier gases respectively from pressurizing bottles 40, 44 and the second gas or a liquid in a conduit 25 is supplied to a nozzle 22.
