WATERPROOFING SUBSTRATE FORMED ON EXISTING EXPOSED WATERPROOFING LAYER AND METHOD OF FORMING WATERPROOFING SUBSTRATE ON EXISTING EXPOSED WATERPROOFING LAYER

PURPOSE: To achieve a perfect waterproofing performance irrespective of partial removable of an existing exposed waterproofing layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A waterproof substrate 1 formed on an existing exposed waterproofing layer (A) comprises a separation area (S) formed on the existing waterproofing layer (A) and an adhesive layer 2 formed on the existing waterproofing layer (A) and a sheet-like polymer cement mortar layer 3 having sheet-like properties formed on the top of the adhesive layer 2 by burying a net material (N) into a polymer cement mortar (M). Without the complete removal of the existing exposed waterproofing layer (A), the waterproofing substrate 1 is formed on the existing exposed waterproofing layer (A). This construction makes it possible to reduce both time and cost and inhibit the generation of industrial waste and simplify execution of work and prevent the generation of public hazards and, moreover, prevent noise and rain water leakage and allow living in a house during the construction period. In addition, it is also possible to inhibit a swelling phenomenon produced by aging after the execution of work for a residual water proofing layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
