After that, a plurality of parting members 7 having a plurality of holes 6 are vertically arranged to be contour-line-shaped at proper intervals almost vertically on the slope surface, and a network-like body 9 is set to be stretched to cover the whole body of the slope face 2 from the upper sections of the parting members 7.
