PURPOSE: To carry out the attachment of a net-like body easily and quickly by a method wherein side slope fixing units are constructed by attaching a plurality of belt-like fiber synthesized mats together with a plurality of cylindrical bodies. ;CONSTITUTION: Holes 3 are provided at appropriate intervals to a mortar-sprayed surface 2 over the natural ground 1, and moisture and nutrition are supplied also from the natural ground 1 to plants on the sprayed surface 2. Then, a net-like body 9 is stretched over the cylindrical bodies 7 so that the sprayed surface 2 can be entirely covered with the net-like body, and vegetative materials 11 are sprayed over the net-like body 9 so that they can cover the sprayed surface 2 entirely.
