METHOD FOR STABILIZING COKE RECEIVING AND TRAVEL TIMING OF QUENCHING ELECTRIC CAR IN COKE OVEN OPERATION

PURPOSE: To stabilize the time required for communication, ensure the accurate and sure starting timing and improve both the quality of product coke and the reliability of unmanned operation by regulating the time of receiving coke and starting the travel of a quenching electric car with a ground station. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for stabilizing the coke receiving and travel timing of a quenching electric car is to measure the waiting time after issuing a command to receive the coke and start the travel to a quenching electric car 13 with a pusher 11 in individual operating machines constituting one group to the transmission to a ground station 100 with an onboard station of the pusher 11, then transmit the waiting time together with the command to the ground station and regulate the time of receiving the coke and starting the travel of the quenching electric car 13 with the ground station 100 so as to nearly equalize the waiting time including the measured waiting time with the standard waiting time in coke oven operations to organize plural groups of operating machines from individual operating machines for each operation respectively loaded with an onboard station and carry out communication of operational information among the mutual individual operating machines in each group of the operating machines and among mutual respective groups of the operating machines through the common ground station 100 according to a polling/selecting method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
