ESSENCE OF MYCELIUM OF GANODERMA LUCIDUM AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain essence of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum useful as a healthy drink, etc., having slight destruction of pharmacodynamically effective component and nutritive component and improved culture efficiency, by inoculating a fungus of Ganoderma lucldum into a solid medium comprising chaff as a raw material, culturing, treating under a specific condition. ;CONSTITUTION: A fungus of Ganoderma lucidum is inoculated into a solid medium comprising chaff as a raw material and a mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum is multiplied. The solid medium containing the mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum is loosened, stirred with warm water at 50-55°C, further with preferably 0.5-1.0 (based on the solid medium) of a cellulase and the dissolved mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum is filtered to give the objective essence of Ganoderma lucidum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
