PURPOSE: To provide an elastic suspension or a spindle for centrifugal force load on the link mechanism of a U-crank mechanism to apply deflected stress to the mechanism, so as to provide drastic increase in workload which has never appeared in an existing concept by means of the subsequent action of mechanical dynamics and kinetic dynamics. ;CONSTITUTION: In a simplest U-crank mechanism which becomes a base of a mechanism, one end of an input rod 28, the other end of which is fixed to an input main shaft BX, is mounted on an input shaft B protruded on the end part of a crank lever 4. The other end of the crank lever is fixed to a driver 5. A spindle 6-1 for centrifugal force load is deflected and mounted on a link mechanism L-5, 6, 2, 6 consisting of the driver and a pair of parameter section 6 and driven section 2.
