PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for separating only Thai rice grains from blended rice grains in order to cook them into pilaf or Chinese fried rice dishes. ;CONSTITUTION: The meshes or holes 3 through which only Thai rice grains can pass through are formed or bored and a hole for making a rice grain stand up 4 is formed or bored on each grain-passing mesh or hole 3.
