PURPOSE: To obtain a rewoven fabric jointly having various functionality, using a foiled band having fine width, having simple and elegant property and smooth and beautiful handle and drape which has not existed hitherto. ;CONSTITUTION: A fabric consisting of silk, cotton, etc., of a natural product or a chemical fiber, etc., is provided as extremely thin paddy cloth I and an extremely thin paddy cloth (a) consisting of a extremely thin fabric formed of a natural or chemical long or short fiber, a nonwoven fabric, etc., is closely bonded to the paddy cloth I with a resin similar to each constituting resin to provide an extremely thin fiber composite fabric I having simple and elegant appearance. Further, a foil-like beautiful thin sheet 2 consisting of noble-metal foil or powder, shell, feather or petal is similarly bonded there to afford multiple composited beautiful fabric 3 and the fabric 3 is subjected to impregnation treatment with a smoothness-providing agent and various functional agents consisting of the similar resins so as to provide softness, toughness and elasticity and decrease cut resistance, etc., to provide beautiful, tough and elastic fabric 3a.
