摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a rodlike ultrasonic vibrator in which a soldering operation is not required since a conventional rodlike ultrasonic vibrator has various difficulties upon soldering by using leads as means for electrically connecting a piezoelectric element, an external circuit to a power source. ;CONSTITUTION: Piezoelectric elements 1-1 and 1-2 are interposed between elastic elements 2 and 3 for forming a vibrator body of this ultrasonic vibrator, and a printed board 4 is interposed between both the elements, thereby connecting the elements and an external circuit to a power source. Since the positional relationship between an electrode 6-5 for a sensor formed at the element 1-1 and an electrode 6-5' for a sensor formed at the element 1-2 are so set as to generate output signals of reverse phases to one another, noises included in the signals can be removed, and accurate detection can be executed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
