CONE FOR CONCRETE FORM AND FORM FASTENING METAL FITTING USED FOR THIS CONE

PURPOSE: To reduce the working manhours in the construction of a concrete structure by installing a cover member at the opening part of a cone buried in concrete and carrying out the surface treatment for the concrete after hardening. ;CONSTITUTION: The male screw part of a form fastening metal fitting is screwed with the female screw hole 8 of a cone body 2, and the other edge in the axial direction of the cone body 2 is contacted with the inner surface side of a form panel, and a cone 1 is set in the form. Then, concrete 27 is placed in the form at a site, and cured, and angular members, form fastening metal fittings, and the form panels are demounted. Then, the opening part 3 of the cone 1 is exposed to the surface of the concrete 27. The cone 1 is buried in the concrete 27, and cover member 4 is fitted into the opening part 3, which is closed by the cover member 4 so as to be flush with the surface of the concrete 27.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
