PURPOSE: To prevent generation of rust of treating tanks and prolong effectiveness of a preservative by stabilizing a timber preservative itself. ;CONSTITUTION: For preserving treatment of timbers such as dipping treatment, coating/spraying treatment, pressure injection treatment, a water dilution liquid for preservation treatment (including water solution, emulsifying liquid, etc.) is used. In the water dilution liquid for preservation treatment, a stabilizer as an inorganic component having as main components a boric acid and one kind or more of alkaline metallic oxide selected from among Li₂O, Na₂O, K₂O is mixed.
