OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR DOUBLE SASH WINDOW

摘要

PURPOSE: To open and close an external sliding door from the indoor side even there is a large gap between the internal sliding door and the external one, by moving the external sliding door by remote control and moving the internal one by hands, in the sliding doors fitted in window frames arranged double in an external wall. ;CONSTITUTION: A window sash 2 is arranged in the inside of a relatively thick external wall 1 and another window sash 6 is arranged at the outside thereof with a distance between them to form sashes double. Sliding doors 5, 8 are fitted in the window sashes 2, 6 respectively. The internal window sliding door 5 is opened or closed by hands and the external window sliding door 8 is operated by remote control. In the remote control, an operating handle 10 installed indoors and the external window sliding door 8 are connected together by a chain or the like and the handle is operated to open or close the sliding doors. In this way, the external window sliding door 8 which one can not touch, can be easily opened with a simple device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
