摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an acylated derivative in high yield by solving very hydrophilic fatty acid-transporting thiol in organic solvent, and condensing it with acylating agent. ;CONSTITUTION: Sililated or stannylated thiol is synthesized by reacting thiol with sililation or stannylation reagent for at least partly replace unstable hydrogen of thiol by SiR3 or SnR3 groups with R being an alkyl or aryl group. Sililated or stannylated thiol is then reacted in anhydrous organic medium with activated organic acid and deprotection reagent able to eliminate silyl or stannyl groups. In this method, acylated derivative of fatty acid-transporting thiol such as coenzyme A, in which the acyl group can have up to 30 carbon atoms, can be obtained in high yield.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
