PURPOSE: To provide a carrier tape for molding a green sheet, excellent in mechanical and thermal stability and in which mold release agent will never be shifted to the surface of the green sheet, and the manufacturing method of the green sheet, employing the carrier tape. ;CONSTITUTION: A carrier tape 10 (thickness; 0.2mm) is constituted of a PET film 11 having the thickness of 188μm and a PP film 12, having the thickness of 22μm and bonded to one side of the PET film by adhesive agent 13 consisting of polyurethane resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
