摘要

PURPOSE: To eliminate strain and burrs of a plate metal and minimize area of hole so as to prevent degradation of strength of the plate metal by nearly unifying direction of pressing process of the plate metal, flattening burrs generated in punching process by pressing for punching and bending process at a next process, and making a hole for preventing a molded boss from falling overlap with a molded hole. ;CONSTITUTION: The number of times of press moldings for a plate metal is set to at least twice or more and directionality from the top face at pressing process is made to be one-way. In the plate metal 11, a burr 11a is generated in a through hole formed at a previous process. In punching and bending processes at a next process, at least an upper mold 29 at a part which abuts against the burr 11a and a lower mold 28 are flattened, and the burr 11a is compressed in the direction of thickness of the plate metal 11. Dead holes 31 arranged in the shape of satellite on the outer periphery of a through hole 21 to be molded by out-sert molding is overlapped with the through hole 21. The dimension for out-sert molding is made to be larger than the overlapped width so as to wrap the dead holes 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
