PURPOSE: To control the finished pile diameter in the ground by injecting a high-pressure jet of a hardening agent or water and an air jet surrounding its periphery from a pair of nozzles, and adjusting and crossing the nozzle injection angles. ;CONSTITUTION: The injection angles α, β of the upper and lower nozzles 10a, 10b provided at an interval in the longitudinal direction at the lower end section of a pipe 6 inserted into the ground are made adjustable.
