OPTIMIZATION PROBLEM SOLVING DEVICE WITH LIMITING CONDITIONS

PURPOSE: To provide an optimization problem solving device with limiting conditions which can maintain the number of solid matters that are necessary for continuation of an algorithm despite the generation of many solid matters violating the limiting conditions. ;CONSTITUTION: A selection processing means 105 of an optimization problem solving device with limiting conditions is provided with a means which temporarily holds the solid matters violating the limiting conditions among those solid matters included in a solid matter group, a means which selects the violating solid matters in number smaller than a prescribed number out of those held violating solid matters if the number of solid matters accordant with the limiting conditions is smaller than a prescribed number and therefore corrects the number of solid matters in accordance with the limiting conditions, and a means which adds the corrected solid matters to the solid matter group in order to keep a fixed number of solid matters in the solid matter group when the selection processing is finished.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
