After that, when higher safety and certainty is expected, the metal foils 3 are also stuck on the side edge sections 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c. Then, at that time, the metal foils 3 are formed in the shape of a channel, the inside end edges 1a and 2a are coated with main body parts 3a and, at the same time, the side edge sections 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c are coated with leg piece parts 3b and 3c.
