PURPOSE: To effectively try a diversion of mind of a user by grasping a reproducing part of a program reproduced by a time code outputted at the time of reproducing a video recording medium or a count from the head of an image and a specific chapter, and controlling an illuminator and an air conditioner in accordance with a program set in advance. ;CONSTITUTION: A control signal from an operating panel 50 is outputted to a program control part 23 through a control computer 10, and the program control part 23 given an instruction to a VTR 20. An illuminator 30 is provided with fluorescent tubes of each color of red 31, green 32, blue 33 and white 34, which can be controlled independently, can create a light beam of an arbitrary color, and also, is provided with an electronic flash light 35. An air conditioner 40 can vary air-conditioning in a room in a short time. A computer 10 grasps a reproducing part of a program by a time code of a video tape, etc., outputted through the program control part 23 from the VTR 30 or a count from the head of reproduction and a specific chapter, and sends an instruction programmed in advance to an illumination control part 11 and an air- conditioning control part 12, based thereon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
