PURPOSE: To provide a dynamic visual effect forming device and dynamic visual effect forming method which enable an observer to easily understand the illusive effect displayed heretofore by juxtaposition of objects by using exactly the same object. ;CONSTITUTION: The ends on one side of segmental objects 11, 12 which act as the factors to induce an illusion are successively connected at one end T1 of the segmental object A as the first object and the ends on one side of the segmental objects 13, 14 which are the second object are successively connected at the other end T2 of the segmental object A.
