PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT OF READY-MIXED CONCRETE

PURPOSE: To precisely control the mixing-up temperature of ready-mixed concrete by a method wherein aggregate is uniformly cooled or heated in a short period of time down or up to the set temperature and, at the same time, the increase of the cost of equipment for heating is reduced. ;CONSTITUTION: The production unit of ready-mixed concrete concerned is equipped with a cooling water tank 2 for storing liquid for cooling the aggregate to be fed to a mixer 1, an immersion transferring means 4 for conveying aggregate under the state being immersed in liquid, a cooling means 14 for cooling the liquid in a cooling water tank 2 and a temperature sensor 6 for controlling the cooling means 14 by detecting the temperature of the liquid in the cooling water tank 2. Further, a heating means is also connected with the cooling water tank 2. By heating the liquid in the cooling water tank 2 with a heating means, the cooling water tank 2 is employed in combination as the heating water tank of the aggregate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
