PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading device for producing ready-mixed concrete in which measuring water sufficiently permeates deep into a kneading material deposited in a corner space of a cave of a rotating drum and prevents blockage of a discharge port. SOLUTION: An operation unit for an input signal connected to a control unit, a drive source for water supply whose drive is controlled by a control signal and connected to a water supply tank, and an opening of a rotary drum connected to the drive source for water supply and accommodating a kneading material. A fixed shaft erected on a support portion on the inner surface of the bottom wall portion of the rotary drum and a support portion arranged outside the rotary drum, with a connection end connected to the first-direction water supply pipe toward the water supply pipe. A second-direction water supply pipe in which the insertion tip is directed toward the vicinity of the inner surface of the bottom wall in a supported state, and a detection means that is arranged in the first-direction water supply pipe to detect this flow rate and connect to the control unit. The discharge port at the insertion tip of the second-way water supply pipe faces either the inner surface of the bottom wall or the lower inner surface of the peripheral body, and the tip of the discharge port is closed with the cured product of the product.
