PLANNING SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR WATER UTILIZATION

摘要

PURPOSE: To make development of a specific algorithm for planning unnecessary by a method wherein retrieval of working examples is made, based on problem circumstances and the result of execution on a model using an example, in a step of example retrieval, and a working plan is modified to suit itself to the problem circumstances. ;CONSTITUTION: A model program and a characteristic amount extracting program are actuated in order to evaluate how close do working examples and working plan match with a working strategy and conditions attached. In the first place, related examples are retrieved by means of index retrieval in an example retrieval step for retrieving an example suitable to conditions for planning of a working plan out of an example DB, and the result of a second retrieval is sought for the retrieved example. Based on the result of the output, an example serving as a base for the working plan is specified out of the examples outputted from the second retrieval in a step for producing the working plan suitable to the circumstances, and an initial data for the working plan is produced, based on the specification, with reference an to a monitoring-controlling system DB. Furthermore, final values are determined after improvement is made so that the contents of the working plan become suitable to the circumstances.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
