PRINTED WIRING BOARD RESISTANT TO ION MIGRATION

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a printed wiring board excellent in copper migration even if high voltage is applied, by having a substance, where specified pts.wt. of nitrile rubber being refined to contain only specified ppm or less impurity ions is mixed to specified pts.wt. of epoxy resin, for its main ingredient. ;CONSTITUTION: This printed wiring board has a substance, where 10-70 pts.wt. of nitryl rubber being refined to contain only 1000ppm or, less impurity ions is mixed to 100 pts.wt. of epoxy resin, for its main ingredient. As epoxy resin, bisphenol A type of diglycydil ether or the like is used. As nitrile rubber, ternary copolymer rubber such as acrylonitrile or the like is used. And, it is suitable to mix a hardener further to the mixture of epoxy resin and nitryl rubber. For example, a variety of phenylene diamine can be cited. Hereby, copper migration little occurs even under the severe condition where high voltage is applied under high temperature and high moisture, and high reliability can be gotten.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
