PURPOSE: To prevent concrete of a concrete building outer wall from falling to improve safety and to make a gondola caster possible to be smoothly moved. ;CONSTITUTION: In a gondola guide rail of a precast concrete building outer wall formed integrally with a concrete outer wall I, a cover 3 made of a metal plate is respectively applied from one face of either of right and left sides.
