PURPOSE: To efficiently and exactly perform the various kinds of retrieval for inputting a picture. ;CONSTITUTION: Ten pieces of line head keys 109 added the respective and characters 'a', 'ka', 'sa', 'ta', 'na', 'ha', 'ma', 'ya', 'ra' and 'wa' (Japanese syllabar' for first letter input retrieval, five pieces of vowel keys 11 added respective characters 'A', 'I', 'U', 'E' and 'O' and ten-key 111 for designation of '1'-'9' and '0' are respectively described on a slip sheet 200 on the second page of a merchandise slip, and the first letter of a target article name is inputted by any one of the line head keys 109 and any one of vowel keys 110 on the slip sheet 200 on the second page from the surface of this slip of the first page while putting the slip, for which slip information is handwritten in the first page, on a tablet.
