AUTOMATIC PORTRAIT IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE AND PUBLICATING DEVICE FOR CARD WITH PORTRAIT

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for replenshment of expendables or the like by measuring a position of a head of a person and controlling and setting the position of an image pickup means to an image pickup position based on the result of measurement so as to attain the positioning of the image pickup means automatically with the inexpensive device. ;CONSTITUTION: A linear motion guidance device 3 supports an image pickup means 3 movably and a carrier means 4 carries the means 2 to an image pickup position and fixes it thereat. In this positioning, a measurement means 5 measures a position of a head of an object person 1 and drives the means 4 based on the measurement result under the control of a control means 6 to set the means 2 to the image pickup position. Thus, the means 2 picks up a picture of a prescribed range and receives the electric signal and prints out a card with portrait or a photograph for certificate automatically.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
