PURPOSE: To obtain a heat-sensitive gelation type synthetic resin emulsion composition comprising a heat-sensitive gelation type synthetic resin emulsion, a surfactant, and a heat-sensitive gelation agent, simple in handling, excellent in stability, weather resistance and water resistance, and useful for adhesives, coatings, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: This heat-sensitive gelation type synthetic resin emulsion composition comprises (A) a heat-sensitive gelation type synthetic resin emulsion such as an acrylic resin, (B) a surfactant such as a nonionic surfactant preferably in an amount of 0.05-5 pts.wt. (per 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the component A), and (C) a heat-sensitive gelation agent such as a silicone-modified polyether.
