METHOD OF FITTING PADDING CLOTH FOR JACKET OF MEN'S SUIT

PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of stably conducting a highly difficult work of fitting a padding cloth into a front body of a jacket of men's suit even in a mass production process, without depending a worker's intuition and skill. ;CONSTITUTION: An objective method is comprised by cutting a front padding cloth 1 according to a pattern for the padding selected from product model sizes, putting marks of 7a, 8a, 9a and 10a at the sites corresponding to a folding back line 7, a front end 8, a bag part of a pocket 9 and a hem part 10 respectively, on the front padding cloth of a jacket of men's suit during the cutting process, sewing pieces of an adhesive thread on these marks of the padding cloth, putting the padding cloth with adhesive thread on a surface cloth of men's jacket set on a press machine having a depressed surface 11, partially adhering the padding cloth 1 to the surface cloth by melting the adhesive with heat treatment, and then sewing the padding cloth on the surface cloth.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
