摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a heat utilizing system in the fine quality attaining process of liquid or gas, capable of improving the fine quality (puryfying) speed and the heat recoverying efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A heat pump 4 is interposed between a fine quality processing means (for example, an aeration layer 10) of liquid or gas and a cold heat utilizing means 6, so as to circulate heat between the fine quality processing means side and the cold heat utilizing means by taking the heat pump as a parameter. Preferably, a latent heat medium to be made to coexist with microorganism as a latent heat medium is arranged in the aeration layer, so as to accumulate and radiate heat at the same time of the heat exchange, and the exchanged heat is utilized for the cooling source or heat source of an outside air-conditioner through the heat pump 4, or for raising temperature of the aeration layer, so as to promote the purifying process. Thus, not only the miniaturization of a facility but also the promotion of the puryfying speed and the increase of the coefficient of heat utilization become possible by unifying the purifying means to the heat utilizing means.
