COMPLETE DIFFERENTIAL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER AND METHOD FOR COMMON MODE RECONSTRUCTION IN DIFFERENTIAL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: To provide a low voltage complete differential operational amplifier provided with an improved common mode circuit for the application of a low power supply voltage. ;CONSTITUTION: This amplifier is provided with inverted input 112, non-inverted input 110, dual end inverted output 114 and non-inverted output 115. The amplifier is further provided with a source transistor for pushing the output and a sync transistor for pulling the output and obtains a specified output voltage swing. A DC bias circuit is provided in a connection between the input and the output. The amplifier is provided with the common mode circuit further and the common mode reconstruction of a high level is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
