PRODUCTION OF NONORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET EXTREMELY EXCELLENT IN FILM PROPERTY AND SURFACE TREATING AGENT FOR THE SAME STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: To obtain a high occupying volume rate, good blanking properties, strong adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good slidability as film properties before and after annealing as to an insulating film agent contg. no chromium compounds. ;CONSTITUTION: The surface of a silicon steel sheet is coated with a treating soln. constituted of 5 to 300 pts.wt. synthetic emulsion with 0.3 to 3μm particle diameter having pH4 to 10 as organic substance and having 0.4 to 8molar % to a cross-linkable monomer or a monomer mixture as a cross-linking degree to 100 pts.wt. Al phosphate by 0.15 to 0.20molar ratio expressed in terms of a solid content and one or ≥ two kinds of Ca phosphate and Zn phosphate by 0.4 to 0.6 molar ratio, and baking treatment is executed at 200 to 500°C. Thus, the nonoriented silicon steel sheet extremely excellent in film properties can be produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
