PURPOSE: To enable the owner of a waste container to easily and reliably obtain the history of waste collection at any time. ;CONSTITUTION: A waste container is fitted with a read and write type data carrier (ID tag), while a waste collection device is fitted with a reader and writer type controller 65 for writing the weight data of collected wastes in the carrier 67 as well as for reading out the weight data of collected wastes written therein, and a handy terminal 77 having a printer for printing out the weight data of the collected wastes read out from the carrier 67.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
