MANUFACTURE OF SHAPING FORM FOR MANUFACTURING SHAPED FILM AND DECORATIVE SHEET MANUFACTURED BY USING THE FILM

PURPOSE: To manufacture a lot of kinds of recessed and projected shaped films out of one manuscript and change the design freely by cutting one or a plurality of matrix plates, extracting required sections only and recomposing the same. ;CONSTITUTION: Silicone resin is poured onto the surface of a manuscript or applied thereon, and a silicone resin film is peeled off the manuscript after curing to reproduce the shapes of fine recesses and projections and the like on the surface of the manuscript onto the surface of the silicone resin film and manufacture a shaped film 2 for resin matrix form of the shape reverse to that of the manuscript. As for the manuscript, a natural wood, a woven cloth, glass fiber or the like is used. The shaped film 2 for matrix form is placed on an unsaturated polyester resin surface 34 and then cured thereon, and the shaped film 2 for matrix form of the shape reverse to that of the shaped film 2, or of the shape same as that of the regular manuscript, is formed, and the form is used as a matrix plate 3. Desired sites for the matrix plates 3 are selected and the matrix plates are stuck on a base plate 5 to form a shaping plate 6 for manufacturing the shaped film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
