PURPOSE: To make only a reselected call transferrable between ACD response sites by detecting the presence/absence of an overflow traffic and, when the traffic exists, rerouting to another ADC of a group which attends on the service for specific customers. ;CONSTITUTION: A service center A1 receives a call having one of five electron numbers preset to a facility position 20 of a set A. Namely, a main telephone number 777-2000 is the telephone number of the incoming traffic to the facility position of the set A. The overflow(OF) telephone number 777-2100 to the facility position of a set B is the telephone number of the OF traffic to the facility position of the set A from the facility position of the set B. When a call having a telephone number 777-200 arrives at the center A1, the call is inspected in a processor 2 having a memory block 3 in the center A1. When the call arrives from the facility position 20 of the set A and the center A1 can attend on the call, the call is stored in a storing section 10. When the center A1 cannot attend on the call, the route of the call to the ACD service center of the set B or another set C is rerouted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
